Conversion of mill building to 12 apartments

This project consisted of the change of use of a mill building, a protected structure, to 12 apartments. The design also proposed a contemporary entrance extension and a small contemporary extension to the rear whilst at the same time ensuring the fabric of the original building was retained. This building was, at the time, on the Heritage Council's endangered buildings list and planning approval was obtained without any objection from same body.
